Reflexology begins with a consultation to ensure that reflexology is the best treatment for you and to find out about your health.

Reflexology is a relaxing and enjoyable way to ease the stresses and strains of life.

Reflexology is an ancient therapy based on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet and hands, which map each area of the body.

By working the reflex points it is believed to stimulate and balance the relevant areas within the body. The aim is to support the body and help to facilitate improved mood, sleep, relaxation and sense of wellbeing.

There is a growing body of research that shows that reflexology is relaxing and supportive for stress management.

I’m often asked if reflexology is painful or ticklish and the feedback I receive from clients is that it isn’t.

Some reflexes may be more tender, especially during your initial sessions. These areas are worked carefully and your comfort is checked throughout.
